Once your order is confirmed by email it is processed by our warehouse. The items are personally folded and enclosed safely in a parcel/box with your personal invoice. We will email you a shipping confirmation email containing what you ordered, where it is going to as well as the tracking number.

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are shipped the same day.


Express Shipping - Authority to Leave (No signature required)

Express Shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Please ensure you choose an address where someone will be present to receive the delivery, such as a work address.

Express Shipping is not valid for bulky and heavy orders (over 5kg) and in these cases your order will be shipped via Regular Shipping.


Regular Shipping (signature required)

Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST should be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the track your order link in your shipping confirmation email.


All orders are subject to weight & volume. These items may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of these changes prior to shipping.


Element Australia only ships within Australia and New Zealand. We can deliver to any PO Box Address in Australia and to any address.
